Festa de Natal Beneficiente | Sul – 17/12/2016

No passado sábado, dia 17 de dezembro, a IOGKF Portugal (APOGK) realizou como anunciado, uma Festa de Natal Beneficente na zona Sul, organizada pelo Sensei Jorge Quaresma e orientada em conjunto com outros Instrutores da Associação. O evento  decorreu no pavilhão da Escola Básica 2,3 Dr. Augusto Louro, contando com a presença de mais de 70 participantes, entre karatecas, familiares e amigos.

 

 

 

O objetivo proposto de angariar bens alimentares e adicionalmente roupas e brinquedos, de forma a ajudar a Cáritas da Arrentela, foi cumprido com sucesso, tendo sido recolhida uma quantidade bastante considerável de ajudas. Durante a manhã, os participantes foram divididos por 4 estações de treino onde puderam aperfeiçoar a kata Gekisai Dai Ichi, técnicas de base, circuito e treino de movimentação.

 

 

Foi de notar a felicidade com que todos desenvolveram as atividades propostas, assim como o feedback recebido no final desta festa de Natal. Agradecemos assim, todo o apoio disponibilizado em prol da Cáritas da Arrentela, bem como o empenho daqueles que colaboraram na organização deste evento e sobretudo de todos os que participaram nesta manhã de sábado diferente. Um agradecimento em particular ao Sensei Jorge Quaresma pela dinamização deste evento.
