No dia 28 de março realizou-se mais um treino em Évora, no Dojo do Bacêlo, que contou com a presença do Instrutor Chefe Nacional Sensei Jorge Monteiro, assim como cerca de 30 praticantes. Os karatecas até aos 16 anos tiveram a oportunidade de treinar técnicas de Kihon e o Sandan Uke Barai.
O treino dos cintos castanhos e pretos foi dedicado às Katas Kaishugata e seus pormenores, no qual foram abordadas as katas Gekisai Dai Ichi até à Kururunfa. Mais uma vez se usufruiu de um excelente momento de aprendizagem, no qual há que realçar os valores pedagógicos deste tipo de treinos.
