Realizou-se hoje no Castelo da Maia, sob a orientação do Instrutor Chefe Nacional Sensei Jorge Monteiro, o Treino de Cintos Negros e Castanhos – Norte. Das 9h às 12h, mais de 150 karatecas tiveram a oportunidade de aperfeiçoar as Katas Kaishugata, o San Dan Uke Barai, a Renzoku Bunkai da Kata Gekisai Dai Ichi e as Bunkais das katas Shisochin e Sanseru.

Este treino, para além de ter desafiado a resistência de todos os participantes, foi uma excelente preparação para o Gasshuku que se realizará nos dias 9,10 e 11 de dezembro e que será conduzido pelo Sensei Jorge Monteiro e pelo Sensei Tetsuji Nakamura.
