Realizou-se este sábado dia 19 de novembro na Academia Almadense, em Almada, o 2.º Treino de Cintos Negros e Castanhos – SUL, orientado pelo Instrutor Chefe Nacional Sensei Jorge Monteiro. Este treino foi focado nos pormenores técnicos das katas Gekisai Dai Ichi até Seisan e no seu aperfeiçoamento, consciencializando todos os praticantes mas sobretudo os instrutores presentes para a forma como o deverão fazer no seu próprio dojo.

Antes de terminar, houve ainda oportunidade para, em diferentes grupos divididos pelas graduações, treinar as aplicações das katas mais avançadas: Shisochin, Sanseru, Seipai e Kururunfa. Mais uma vez, a presença de um número significativo de karatecas foi muito gratificante, o que demonstra o interesse constante na prática e melhoria das competências de cada um.

Os Treinos de Cintos Negros e Castanhos prosseguem este domingo na cidade da Maia.
