Realizou-se este sábado dia 22 de outubro no Parque das Nações em Lisboa, o primeiro treino de graduados SUL, direcionado para cintos negros e castanhos, orientado pelo Instrutor Chefe Nacional Sensei Jorge Monteiro. Após o Junbi Undo houve oportunidade para se treinarem e aperfeiçoarem algumas técnicas de base.

De seguida, o treino focou-se nas Katas de Gekisai Dai Ichi até à Kururunfa e nos pontos a serem tidos em atenção em cada uma das Katas. A presença de um número significativo de karatecas traduziu a vontade de todos melhorem o seu nível técnico.

Os Treinos de Cintos Negros e Castanhos prosseguem este domingo no Porto e na próxima quinta-feira em Évora.
